JR2783 F11 CMP/WET PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
• 12-hour work shift (every 6~7 months will rotate day/night shift) (4個班 , 每天兩個shift, 一次工作12H, 須配合日夜輪調)
• Need presentation in English
• Improve utilization to max capability
• Need presentation in English
• Application of Microsoft Office
• Application of tableau
