Be responsible for ESG related areas and new process implementation

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor performance against Divisional and Group ESG goals.
• Benchmark FPD Division’s ESG performance against peers, and against industry trends and best practices on a regular basis.
• Proactively identify issues, risks, opportunities and trends that may impact the FPD Division from an ESG and corporate responsibility perspective.
• Develop, maintain, and execute regular cadence of ESG reporting, both internal and externa.
• Coordinate, plan and execute ESG projects at Division level. This role is in charge of “Occupational Safety and Health of Division” and “Chemical Management of Division.”
  
  

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG related areas including corporate environment.
• Engineering background.
• Good in English or Japanese
• Working experience in manufacturing industry (Nice to have)
• Experience in a Japanese organization (Nice to have)
  

Bachelor’s Degree (Areas like public policy, environmental science, environmental law are preferred.)
