Key Responsibilities

• Bing responsible for Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Security management for the site to comply legal requirement and company policies/standards/guidelines.
• Being responsible for maintaining site auditing, periodical communication, training, incident investigation.
• Provide the Safety/OH/Environmental related professional comments for helping site leadership team to make decision.
• Support Process Safety Management activities at the site.
• Bing responsible for central safety committee and program/ activity and to meet local requirements.
• Bing responsible for new chemical review, regulation review, toxic chemical substance management and participate in the networks / meetings / emergency response and external inspection for the site.
• Lead and coordinate site working environmental monitoring, OH program and hazards communication and involve in the investigation for any incidents and near miss or exposure to workplace safety.
• Build up safety and health management policy and working role.
• Assist ISO related certification work.
• Hazards notification for contractor, Working organization agreement, contract management, workplace inspection.
• Identification, assessment and control of the work environment or operational hazards.
• Investigation and Statistical Analysis for Occupational injury, Near miss, Incidental Physical and Mental Health Incident.
• Safety and Health Management Records and Performance Evaluation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferred 3-5 years or more of demonstrated experience, either direct manufacturing or manufacturing support experience.
• Occupational Safety Specialist or Health Specialist (Class A License).
• Other related certification (Ex: ISO / OHASA / TOSHMS system).
• Proficient in local safety management, workplace safety regulation.
• Able to work under intense pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Proactive, committed and result oriented team player.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good in English for reading / writing / listening and speaking.
