  • Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience
Role Summary

As the Direct Recruiter you will be working as part of a global team managing end to end recruitment for Engineering or IT. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR to meet hiring demands specifically in Digital IT transformation and engineering projects in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management:
  • Source candidates through a range of channels, including web adverts, referrals, networking and candidate databases.
  • Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes.
  • Make sure all roles are advertised internally and on external careers sites.
  • Liaise with line managers to make sure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews.
  • Manage the offer process, including providing up-to-date salary and market information as well as comparing the data from other recent hires in that business area.
  • Keeping the account manager informed about your progress, including how many roles have been filled through referrals, internal advertising and direct sourcing – you’ll also outline any cost savings and any new candidate attraction initiatives.
Line Manager Relationship Management
  • Provide credible and consultative advice and support to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Liaise with people at all levels within the client organisation so you can stay up to speed with business plans, recruitment strategies and organisational structures – you’ll also be the interface between client HR teams and line managers, our vendor managers, our management team and the wider Direct Recruitment function.
  • Provide regular market information drawing upon both internal and external sources.
  • Help with the creation of jobs specs, ensuring they follow all legislative requirements.
  • Following all internal and client policies and procedures, hitting our Service Level Agreement targets and looking for new ways to add value.
  • Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes.
Essential Requirements
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in candidate attraction and knowledge of innovative sourcing tools is essential.
  • Vertical specialisation either in an agency, in house or RPO environment.
  • Ability to proactively analyse and identify issues and engage the right stakeholders to resolve.
  • Experience in semiconductor, engineering or energy sector is preferred.
