[Job Description]
  • Develop eCRM strategy and loyalty program to drive recruitment, engagement, and sales conversions through target customers’ journey.
  • Develop SEO & SEM strategies and improve performance.
  • Support marketing team members to develop and execute strategy, including but not limited to content, communication, and media buy.
  • Oversee contactable and engagement performance in all digital platforms (website, mobile app, LINE, FB/IG, SFMC…etc).
  • Co-work with cross functional team to build digital ecosystem roadmap and digital innovation to achieve business targets.
  • Leverage global resource to implement global integrated demand creation enablers upon local needs.
  • Identify new features needed and explore innovative technologies for local integrated demand creation innovation and enhance onsite conversion.
  • Educate internal users to familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Supervise agencies on daily operation for all own digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
  • Familiar with digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LINE…etc. Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics will be a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, LINE OA, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid experience in managing eCRM program.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, growth mindset and excellent communication skills as a team player.
  • Solid English written and oral communication skills.
