Data Analytics Engineer

工作内容

• Dealing with data wrangling process with proficient ETL(Extract/Transform/Load) skills.
• Building up the data pipeline for analytic models.
• Using descriptive statistics to get a big-picture view of their data.
• Analyzing interesting trends found in the data.
• Presenting the results of a technical analysis to business clients or internal teams.
• Evaluating statistical models to determine the validity of analyses.
• Using machine learning to build better predictive algorithms.
• Testing and continuously improving the accuracy of machine learning models.
• Creating visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret and make decisions with the data. Required Skills:
• Familiar with data analysis technics (e.g. data mining/machine learning)
• Computer: Excellent Excel, Access, Power BI
• Programming: R, Python, SQL, VBA, Java (Hadoop is a plus)
• Statistic tool: Minitab/SAS/SPSS
• Excellent communication skill in cross-department project and collaborations.
• Good English comprehension in speaking, writing and reading. Education:
• BS/MS degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines Experience:
• One years or above experiences in data analytics field
