工作内容

MAIN PURPOSETo assist Customer Service Administration in supporting Wholesale/Retail national wide service.To handle Supply Chain/Overseas repair to smooth repair flow.To communicate with Headquarter and Regional for repairs follow up.To assist watchmakers for the technical issue with Headquarter and Regional office.Key Result Areas And Main ResponsibilitiesAdministration Operation
  • To provide customer service related functions including boutiques/dealers SAP system operation,
E-archive, Vendor & PO management, Document storage arrangement…,etc.
  • To communicate with Headquarter and Regional for supply chain arrangement and overseas repairs
follow up.
  • To assist line Manager to conduct technical information translation to transfer accurate technical knowledge
to watchmaker and cooperate with Headquarters and Regional team to solve technical issue.Overseas Repair Flow
  • Overseas shipment preparation.
  • To follow up overseas repair status.
  • Work with Headquarter / Regional team to resolve client’s questions and satisfy clients.
Supply chain Management
  • To manage spare parts inventory (reception, assign spare parts, stock take and SAP operation)
  • Reverse Logistic flow
  • To assist watchmakers if any spare parts issue. Work with Regional team to find out the solution and ensure a smooth repair process
CS Projects
  • To plan and execute customer service related projects.
Other Criteria:Education: University graduatesExperience: 1 years customer service related experience is an advantage.Skills required: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Strong organizational skills and attentive to details; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
