About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our global marketing customer database, managing technical aspects of key marketing systems, providing insights for campaign optimization, and identifying new growth areas and targeting strategies.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and manage the company’s global marketing customer databaseManage technical aspects of key marketing systems including HubSpot and integrate with salesforceUsing data analyses to provide insights for campaign optimization, and creating custom reports to identify new growth area and targeting strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing campaigns; monitor and report on campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional to optimize lead management process from MQL to revenue.Database hygiene and enable privacy- first data managementEnsure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulationsRequirements:
BA/BS in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or a related fieldExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management and project managementProven track record of successful CRM implementation and optimizationExperience in using data analytics to drive business decisionsKnowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, SalesforceCompetencies:
