Cost Analysis Supervisor

Division/Department : Finance Division

Job Location : Taipei HQ

Position

Purpose

The incumbent is to coordinate HQ request and mill cost affairs, then provide the internal and external customers, with timely financial reports and analysis which accurately reflect the performance and integrity of the manufacturing operations. Be initiative to review current process and keep effective cost control, while facilitating business decisions and achieving mill objectives. This position also contributes to budgeting and financial forecasting efforts to provide accurate cost estimation that considering current commodity and manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor graduated degree or above and major in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 2 years experiences in product costing or 5 years experiences in finance.

• Experience in multi-company is preferred.
• Experience in the FMCG manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
  

Qualification

Professional skill

• Accounting and tax knowledge

• CPG Product Costing, Standard costing and/or Mill experience
• Good command of verbal and written English
• A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Analytical, attentive to detail, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with a high degree of maturity, integrity, and initiative.
  

Computer skill

• Proficient in use of Excel; SAP experience
