Your Impact

• Do logistics work well to ensure the company’s overall work in an orderly manner
• Assist to complete the form collation, report making and data analysis
• Responsible for meeting arrangement work, responsible for guests reception, conference room reservation, conference materials sorting and filing
• Communicate among different departments to support payment and expense report
• Conduct other office administration work.

• It’s best to be available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
• Background with Junior college at least
• Proficient in Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and other office software
• Work conscientiously, proactive, quick learner, ability to work under pressure, sense of ownership, efficiency consciousness
• Excellent communication skills, helpful and service-oriented
