Job Description

• Spearhead and execute transformative activities to achieve business goals and agenda.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with senior management for organization-wide change.
• Direct change management efforts for successful transformation initiative implementation.
• Drive digital transformation, collaborating closely with IT for planning, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee all projects, delivering regular reports to management committees.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, framework, policies, and processes.
• Provide ongoing support, feedback, and progress reports via key performance indicators.
• Lead and develop team members to foster a performance-driven culture.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Strong analytical skills, adaptable to new demands.
• Holds Project Management or Agile certification; experience in financial institution transformation is a plus.
• Proven success in delivering strategic change programs within budget.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, team leadership, and relationship management.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives across senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
