DescriptionWhat You Will Do In Your RolePrimary Purpose針對品質管理系統進行持續改善，確保公司活動符合法規及客戶要求，藉由系統的提升來改善出貨品質並降低報廢。通過增強ISO、 IATF、VDA 和/或任何特定客戶要求所需的品質戰略和工具，引入汽車品質理念和管理方法，藉由系統與製程品質的整合來更好地支持更多正在籌備中的汽車項目。Continues to improve QMS to ensure all activities can comply with regulation and customer expectation. Improve product quality and scrap reduction by system upgrade. Bring in automotive quality mindset and management methodology to better support more automotive projects in pipeline by enhancing quality strategy and tools required by ISO, IATF, VDA and/or any specific customer requirements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement activities based on the requirement of ISO9001/IATF16949 and customer specific requirements.根據ISO9001/IATF16949 的要求和客戶的具體要求領導過程改進活動定期進行內部系統、製程、產品稽核以確保廠內活動皆符合品質系統要求Regular internal system, process and product audit to ensure all activities can comply with system requirement.主導第三方以及客戶稽核對應及相關改善追蹤回覆Lead third party and customer audit handling, follow up and reply corrective actions accordingly.定期進行內部品質系統教育訓練，確保所有人員於所有工廠活動中皆有良好品質意識及觀念Regular internal QMS training for all employee, ensure having good quality sense and mindset in their routine activities.Apply quality tools/methods to avoid recurrence of issues or non-conformance.應用質量工具/方法來避免問題或不合格的再次發生。Perform other related duties as assigned by management.履行主管交辦的其他相關職責。ScopeFocus on automotive product requirements to improve process flow. Establish process quality control mechanism to reduce non-conformance occurrence, scrap and/or potential rework. Lead and drive quality improvement with related departments by analysing data, supporting failure analysis and facilitate problem-solving. Work collaboratively with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve quality goals of CFPA專注於汽車產品要求以改善工藝流程。建立過程質量控制機制，以減少不合格品的發生、報廢和/或潛在的返工。通過分析數據、支持故障分析和促進問題解決，領導和推動相關部門的質量改進。與所有內部/外部利益相關者合作，以實現 CFPA 的質量目標。The Experience You Will BringRequirementsEDUCATION:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Related, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Related, Engineering Discipline工業工程相關、電氣與電子工程相關、工程學科學士學位PreferredMaster’s degreeRequiredWORK EXPERIENCE:10+ years of working experience in a manufacturing quality or design quality environment.5+ years in handling for lead internal and external audit activities.在製造質量或設計質量環境方面擁有 10 年以上的工作經驗。內、外部稽核主導應對5年以上。PreferredExperience in flexible PCB or PCB related industryWhat Will Put You AheadRequiredSKILLS & ABILITIES:

• CertifiedIATF16949 internal auditor will be must. Certified VDA 6.3 auditor will be a plus. Practical promotion experience is preferred.
• Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 and specific standards in automotive industry such as BIQS
• Have good strategic, logical and risk-based thinking.
• Professional integrity, respect and teamwork spirit
• Strong accountability and sense of urgency. Willingness to take challenges and enthusiasm under pressure
• Good inter departmental coordination ability
• Good report making and presentation skills
• Good verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English for communication in a clear and concise manner.
• CertifiedIATF16949 內審員是必須的。經認證的 VDA 6.3 審核員將是一個加分項。有實際推廣經驗者優先。
