Overall Role Purpose

To support our certified programming needs that will lead sessions helping employees identify their purpose. To empowering employees to believe in themselves and explore their potential as well as enable the group to take control and responsibility for the way they proceed and learn.

Major Accountabilities

1. Lead and facilitate session to ensure that programmatic implementation aligns with company mission and vision.

2. Drive participants learning and mastery of each practice and implement the centrally developed program and curriculum. Ensure high quality experience for participants as well as the session follow-ups.

3. Create motivational, inspiring learning experience to employee to achieve the learning objectives.

4. Excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in various environment of facilitating

5. Understand the business operation and tangible result by creating an effective and efficient workforce.

6. Translate training materials requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via global intranet website.
