The Camera Hardware Engineering group is responsible for all research, design, development, test and qualification of camera hardware and software for Apple products. We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy individual who can help us with tomorrow’s challenges.


Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a Software Engineer, coding with Python for data-centric applications and data analysis.

Expertise in Snowflake Database, including data loading, querying, and optimization.

Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Description

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Snowflake/SQL, Python, and other software applications for data analysis.

Implement, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow from various sources into the Snowflake Database.

Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with the EE test engineering team to design and implement data models and schemas in Snowflake Database.

Drive vendors for the implementation of data onboarding into the Snowflake Database.

Continuously improve the data analysis tool’s productivity and performance.


Education & Experience

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or industrial experience equivalent


Additional Requirements

Experience in Data analysis and problem-solving in a high-volume production environment

Nice to have Tableau and JMP coding experience

Knowledge of camera module integration is a plus.
