Our major job :

This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, policies, and procedures. Manages including but not limited to salary survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, payroll, insurance ,and associated analysis. Ensures HTC Total Rewards programs remain competitive and conform to current TR strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

You will work closely with HRBPs and Business Leaders to perform the job.

1. Global TR program design and ability to execute

2. Coordinate and participates in global compensation and benefits surveys

3. As a team member to closely partner with Region HRs to develop or modify process and procedure to mark successful and effective process.

4. Partner with HRBPs and business in supporting global TR infrastructure and operational process

5. Prepare and Support HR analyst jobs and HR project assigned

6. Extensive knowledge of performance and rewards processes

7. Ensures that all TR project/department milestones/goals are met

8.Manage payroll, insurence, and benefits.

Requirements :

-BS or MBA degree in Business, HR related majors

-At least 5+ years working experience in High-tech C&B function

-Strong working knowledge of salary survey, salary structure design

-Strong analytical skills and the sense of business acumen

-Strong adoptability and flexibility skill in fast-changing and high-demanding environment

-Good at interpersonal and team work skills

-Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

-Proficiency in English/Chinese and Microsoft Word, Outlook, MS --Teams and PowerPoint, Advance Proficiency in Excel required

-Detail and result orientated, self-disciplined, attentive and fast learner

-Ability to think abstract

-Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverable
