Business Development Manager

工作内容

Responsible for:

• Develop and increase business with existing and prospective customers

• Collect and Analyze market related information, such as market trends, competition etc.

• Set up NPI process, control release and marketing of the new products

• Support sales to reach company profit and growth targets, annual sales budget

• Liaise with sister divisions to bring and share the knowledge

• Organize trade shows and promotional activities

• At least 5-8 years experience in related market (Industrial Automation or Medical ) is a must

• Fluency in English & Chinese is required, third language is a strong advantage

• Team player, good communicator, performance oriented

• Able to work under pressure, control deadlines and schedules

• Around 30% travel required (China, US, Europe)

• Connector & Cable assembly related experience is a plus
