工作内容

Job functions:

1. Focusing on new business development of desired market segment or even different sectors or new market space for the company, e.g. Telco, Data Centers, primary system integration, white box channels but not limited.

2. Work diligently to reach the top-line/bottom-line profitability goals set by BU & HQ.

3. Formulate growth and profitability strategies.

4. Keep track of the products movement and inventory

5. Develop new customers as well as grow long-term relationship with loyal customers

6. Penetrate into new profitable markets

7. Developing strategy to market, sell, and foresee emerging products in markets.

8. Collecting market trend in the given markets and competitor pricing/market-share information and develop successful sales strategy

9. Work closely with supporting staffs with different department to ensure on-time delivery

10. Comply to HQ guidelines and policies for local business entity

Responsibilities

1. Oversee or assist day-to-day BD sales operations

2. Design strategy and set goals for profitability and growth

3. Set policies and processes aligned to BD sales guidelines

4. Being result-oriented talent and ensure productively and develop professionally

5. Accountable for business development improvements

6. Provide solutions to profitability, competitiveness, and business issues

Requirements:

1. Experience in ODM/OEM/EMS on global Telco, data center would be a plus. or similar management role

2. Domain knowhow on specific market sectors and EMS operations.

3. Strong analytical ability

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills depending upon applicants’ position.

6. Problem-solving aptitude

7. BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
