Your Role and Responsibilities

Business Analysts is to support internal bid process for improvement of sales performance. You have effective communication skills with ability to communicate collaboration of cross-function support and analyze business problems to provide solutions. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems, research issues, and provide solutions.

Specifically, You Will Be Responsibility To

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working with sales team to understand the business needs and problems
• Provide gap analysis to track pipelines progression on internal Sales management system.
• Provide basic financial analysis to understand profit and loss, improving cashflow.
• Understand contractual language to communicate gap analysis with internal functions and Sales team.
• Gather information to support Sales team for preparation of a proposal or review deck
• Communicate complex bid to get cross-functional support to provide solutions for approval of the completion of an internal bid.
  
  

Act as a focal for collaboration with bid managers, sales team and alignment functions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge in MS Excel tool (pivot table, formula functions, formatting) and MS power point (working with custom, slides and templates, illustrate functions)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis of process issues using strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Written communication in commercial English
• Flexibility, adaptability and teaming collaboration
• Basic financial knowledge of profit and loss analytic skills
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in leading within an Agile environment, especially on contracting process re-engineering
• Experience and knowledge of internal process facilitation
• Working level in English speaking
