工作内容

* Drive the design framework, features planning and prioritization for BMC firmware and systems management software solutions

* Create, unify and optimize BMC firmware architectures among different teams/code-bases for various hardware platforms and server systems

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including not only internal PM, HW, FW, SW, quality and security teams, but also external partners and vendors, to get into productization

* Support Sales/FAE/PM in providing technical presentation to enterprise customers

* Conduct market trend research, industry spec study and competitive analysis for new business opportunities

Qualification:

* BS or higher degree in EE-related, CS or CE

* 5+ years of experience in product development of systems management software solutions

* Experience in defining the product architecture of systems management software solutions

* Experience and knowledge of industry specs of systems/servers management

* Experience in providing technical support and product promotion to enterprise customers

* Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Secure SDLC (SSDLC)

* Strong English communication and presentation skills
