Job Description

To grow and develop key account and new business to meet profit and net sales growth targets by utilizing professional selling skills to gain knowledge of targeted end user customer’s needs in order to provide customer-tailored KCP solutions. To share up-to-date customer insights with KCP customer marketers.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks
  • Create Demand for Business to Meet Profit and Sales Growth Targets.
  • Actively pursue acquisition of new business in the targeted segments such as Healthcare, Food, Industrial, and Scientific …etc.
  • Utilizes end user marketing insights and prospects with new outlook and trends to generate opportunities.
  • Ensure collaboration and alignment with key accounts on strategy and execution.
  • Engages targeted end user customers with all levels of customers’ organization in regular contact to understand their business needs, and identify buying behavior , preference, business dynamics challenges, and value drivers.
  • Utilize the relevant KCP integrated commercial programs in his interaction with the end-user customers.
  • Work with the internal teams to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.
  • Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.
  • Use salesforce to update and monitor sales opportunity pipeline.
Qualifications / Skills Requirement
  • University degree preferably with business focus.
  • 3-5 year sales experience in business-to-business environment especially for key account management & new business development.
  • Strong solution selling experience (not transactional selling).
  • Identifying problems, drawing connections from various pieces of data, and taking action to proactively solve.
  • Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable.
  • Fluent English, Chinese, and Taiwanese .
  • Confident in communicating to various levels of customer organization.
  • Understanding / articulating relevant business / technical trends to others in a way that is clear and understood by the audience.
  • Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working independently under pressure to manage one’s own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives.
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
