To lead and manage system integration and operational projects for warehouse logistics clients. This role will involve conducting requirement interviews, collecting problem statements, analyzing processes, and planning system solutions, while assisting in resolving technical challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing and controlling project risks, managing costs, and tracking post-launch performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and oversee system integration projects for warehouse logistics clients, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries.
  • Conduct requirement interviews, gather and analyze client needs and issues to identify optimal solutions.
  • Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose system planning recommendations for optimal efficiency.
  • Address technical challenges during project execution to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
  • Monitor project progress, assess and manage risks, and effectively control costs.
  • Track post-launch performance to ensure system functionality and provide timely technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare relevant project documentation, including requirement documents, technical specifications, risk assessment reports, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in IT project management, particularly involving system integration and operations projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of effective collaboration with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and system planning, with the ability to offer innovative and feasible solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
