• Act as AI Consultant and work closely with CTO to set comprehensive goals for performance.
• Track and monitor performance, budgets and review milestones and progress.
• Oversee daily operations of team including engineering, product, business development and marketing.
• Build a high performance engineering and product team as well as startup culture.

• With 20+ year experience in AI/ML filed, including 10+ year experience of business strategy.
• Competency in strategic planning and building large multi-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills with entrepreneurial spirit.
