Job Description

Responsibilities:PAGE-BREAK * Drive digital initiatives and transformation PAGE-BREAK * Identifies and helps resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problemsPAGE-BREAK * Engages with WHQ to define, trial and implement digital product creation initiativesPAGE-BREAK * Actively engages with and influences the functional and extended product creation leadership team members, including across functions and partners to inform on and align around digital initiativesPAGE-BREAK * Analyzes plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives.PAGE-BREAK * Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application.PAGE-BREAK * Maintains ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders.PAGE-BREAK * Tracks, maintains and provides current information on the operation’s business scorecard.PAGE-BREAK * Ensures effective and efficient operations through conducting operations analyses (i.e. operational effectiveness and capacity utilization), and recommends improvements.PAGE-BREAK * Manages team and sets team & individual goals that align with department and function goals.PAGE-BREAK * Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards. PAGE-BREAK * Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
