Key responsibilities:

As a Controlling Accountant, your responsibilities will include the following, amongst others:

• Local focal point of payment process to submit Payment transaction documents to shared service, familiar with different payment method, ensure accounting entries be posted timely and accurate and payment on time.
• Manage AP/Payment related document filing and vendor contract filing.
• Review VAT input data for VAT filing
• Prepare allocation JE of expense by customer by product by service by site.
• Local focal point of vendor master control
• Support shared service team to monitor and clear open A/P accounts.
• In-charge of CAPEX PO and support OPEX PO management
• Support Intercompany Corporate payment process.
• Prepare yearly consolidated income tax declaration and withholding certificates.
• Assist with taxation audit and financial audit by CPA firms.
• Assist with stock physical count by CPA firms.
• Reporting withholding taxes and expenses related tax reconciliation.
• Process day-to-day treasury aspects of cash management, including checks, foreign payments, fund transfer, bank guarantee.
• Periodically Bank Reconciliation
• Periodically Cashflow forecast.
• Co-work with line manager in ad-hoc projects to improve P2P process.
• Co-work with line manager handling P2P related questions.
• Process AP related control
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
  
  

Who we are looking for:

You have high level of energy and thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitions to deliver outstanding results. You are a mature individual who loves numbers, have organized skills, patient with details, and enjoy working with people and building relationships across our business.

We require fluency in oral and written Mandarin, and experience with the following:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to gain credibility, engage and motivate others to deliver on required actions.
• Good analytical skills, with ability to leverage on data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Team-oriented, with a passion to contribute to an engaging environment, and proactively collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions and geographies.
  
  

Following skills are seen as an advantage:Optional depends on needs.

• Commercial understanding.
• CPA firm experience.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Prior experience with ERP systems such as ORACLE and SAP.
