As a User and Community Experience Manager for Cookpad, your role will be a customer service related role, engaging with our community, caring for our users and inspiring our community by leading by example. This is a full-time contract position to cover maternity leave from March 2023 to December 2023.

Requirements

As a User and Community Experience Manager your main responsibility will be to enhance the enjoyment of cooking among users of our platform encouraging them to share their recipes and cooking tips and leading by example sharing your own recipes to Cookpad.

You will help the community to grow in cooperation with your colleagues, contributing and executing new ideas always with a high component of entrepreneurial and imaginationation. You will be engaging with cooking communities and spreading the Cookpad mission.

What we are looking for :

• A passion about the power of cooking and community
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users, listen and empathize with them
• An ability to identify problems and a practical approach to problem solving to offer a quick response
• An understanding of seasonal ingredients and the capacity to inspire users with content creation or marketing campaigns
• User centered approach
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  
  

Desirable experience:

• Experience in managing communities, desirably related to cooking
• Business strategy / development as well as a practical operational role
• Experience in a start-up that relates to responsible consumption
