What You’ll DoDevelopping, Deployment and Manage the ELX Buy-sell source in Taiwan to Meet/Exceed Quality requirement.

• Lead the APQP process to assure flawless project launches with suppliers. - Source Development stage
• Potential supplier assessment. involve in Supplier selection and comparartive benchmark
• Drive the assesment gap closure with supplier to meet World-Class supplier standard
• APQP process bridge between Eaton project team & Supplier in Asia
• Customer/Eaton specific requirements deployment in the suppliers process and system.
• Owner for PPAP process, including custoemr specific requirement , Eaton specific and On site parts validation.
• Provides the quality interface between the organization and existing/potential suppliers.- Source Deployment stage
• Ensure product & manufacturing process requriement deployment in suppliers’ site
• Deployment effective and efficiency Control and countermeasures.
• Lead the customer audit /qualificaiton process with suppliers in term of post actions follow up
• Supplier management - Post Product release
• Supplier performance management and countermeasurs.
• Customer reported issue problem solving and CAPA .
• Routing supplier site assessment , audit and Focus to ensure the quality requriement been consistency meet /exceed.
• Drive supplier continuous improvement on Quality to meet varaince customer specific requirement introduced
• Supplier change/Deviation request management
• Trouble shooting on Buy-sell operation requirement including : SCM and Sourcing issue/challenges
• Supplier capability development /upgrading to meet the operation measures

QualificationsBachelor degree or plus in electrical /electronic Engineering or related technical field.At least 10+ years working experience in supplier quality deveopment /management in automotive supplier quality or automotive supplier chain.Skills

• Strong Knowledge of automotive quality tools , process , system.
• Strong knowledge of electronic component product function & manufacturing process
• VDA 6.3 & 6.5 certified and had >5 years practices experiences
• Strong Supplier management skills , Communication skilles internal & External
• Self-driven, result, and process oriented. Motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Understanding of QSM and Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma belt status a plus, ASQ certified Supplier quality management and CQI special process audit certified /trained is a plus.
• Perfer to have Aisa/International suppliers quality and operations management experience

Able to communication effectively within the Eaton organization and suppliers; Capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner during face to face meeting, conference calls or via email with customers, suppliers ; Strong problem solving and negotiation skills; Effective Time Management
