Job Description

You want to be in the driver seat for steering the growth of THE luxury home appliance brand in Taiwan? Then come and join our team.

You will be working in an exciting, international environment, and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

• Defining a sustainable sales strategy for our luxury brand and driving its implementation.
• Overseeing daily operations island-wide, analyzing and reporting sales KPIs to management and other departments.
• Leading and developing the sales team to meet the defined goals.
• Being the brand ambassador to designers, developers, kitchen dealers, consumers.
• Working closely with the Marketing team for product portfolio definition and customer events.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven sales experience (~10 years) in luxury kitchen retail / durable consumer goods with leadership role for at least 3 years.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Required languages: Mandarin and English
  
  

Bachelor’s Degree + in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA preferred
