這個職位主要是開發伺服器管理的軟軔體，主要是在embedded linux/RTOS開發管理伺服器的協定，遠端監控的解決方案。
工作內容條列為下:
1. Bring up new BMC chip and MBs.
2. C++/C middle ware or protocol development.
3. Web GUI development using HTML5/Ajax/Javascript.
4. RTOS porting and develop the device drivers.
5. Handle Projects.
6. Scripting language, like python/shell script to enhance fw building flow.
7. Storage service development.

Qualification:

(1)具有工作三年以上的經驗
(2)具備C/C++ programming skill ，有Linux/RTOS的開發經驗
(3) device driver的開發經驗，具有I2C,USB, NIC的經驗尤佳
(4)具備Web程式開發經驗，會javascript, AJAX, HTML5為佳
(5)開發IPMI 或伺服器管理的軔體經驗，具openBMC經驗者尤佳
(6)積極主動和負責的工作態度
