【 What you’ll do 】
• Formulate and champion the strategy to achieve company’s business targets and brand goals through user-centric and data-driven marketing campaigns, across Cubo Ai websites, Amazon page, social media, online advertising, email marketing and etc..
• Lead Paid AD team to make data driven decisions for purchasing ads and develop ads testing plans to optimize conversion rate.
• Lead Brand Marketing team to define brand guideline and create content for email marketing and e-commerce websites
• Work with the leadership team, Growth, finance, and product leads to unblock dependencies, uncover new insights and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
• Continuously build repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks for user and team growth.
• Track and set the measurable goals on various OKRs and conduct analysis across multiple platforms that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts, and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
• Closely watch martech trends and movements of international market to come out industry assessment with detailed insights into the competitive landscape, and present to senior leadership the best practices on a regular basis.
【 Who you are 】
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, social media management, digital media buying and data analysis
• 3+ year of experience in buying Facebook Ads, Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads
• 3+ year of team management experience.
• Knowledge of marketing advertising, e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon, Shopify)
• Fluent in English
• Experience working in a B2C company
• Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high growth business where change is constant and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
• Have solid experience and proven success in managing high-scale digital performance marketing campaigns or programs.
• Comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches.
