YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop the right by-account selling strategies together with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Country manager, and/or the Business Units, and execute those strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents, and buying offices of Master Customers.
  • Lead a sales team to exercise sales activities towards designated factories, vendors & agents.
  • Manage, motivate and coach the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Lead a team of local customer service to handle pre- and pro-sales activities as well as to enhance customer relationships in regional operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 6-8 years of related sales experience
  • Experience in apparel/footwear manufacturing, merchandising, and trim accessory supply preferable.
  • Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
