Job Overview

Main responsibilities in the Quality Assurance (QA) department include:

• Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations, industrial standards, quality management system (QMS) requirements, and customer’s expectations.
• Provide quality oversight in such areas as:

Main Responsibilities

• Assess and compare Quality Information Systems across various industries and develop a benchmark for SHL.
• Develop systematic documentation for Quality meeting processes and report on its implementation and effectiveness.
• Develop an analytical and quantitative framework/model to assess the feasibility of new quality control, analyze data and operational performance.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Student in Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
• Engineering background in Mechanical, Medical, Material, Chemical, Biotech, Electronic and Industrial
• Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills in English (spoken/written)
• Goal-oriented working attitude to comply with a highly regulated industrial environment
• Internship duration: At least 5 months
