Job Description

集團財會.稅務專案.整體籌劃與管理集團財務分析.

內控機制之建立與輔導

集團及轉投資公司之公司治理評鑑與深化

擬定公司成長之投資、合併、收購等策略方案之建議

配合公司營運發展方向及計劃,提供相關財務會計分析,財務預謷職責,與風險管理

對財務部門進行日常管理,資金預算,營運資金及融資規劃管理

建構各部門年度預算規劃.成效追蹤及成本分析系統

制定公司利潤計劃.資本投資.財務規劃.銷售前景.開支預算成本標準制定和管理稅收政策方案及程序

建立健全公司內部核算的組織.指導和數據管理體系,以及核算和財務管理規章制度

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience with Taiwan listed company or complex multinational companies

High competence in IFRS and technical accounting

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to lead, manage and work with a geographically distributed team based in different locations

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence through business partnership

Working experience in Manufactory or Retail industry is a plus

Must be good at English and Chinese, both written and spoken
