職務說明：

1. Familiar to design and develop assembly/Manufacturing process to produce high quality, robust products that achieve project goal. self-motivated to finish work.
熟悉設計並研發能達成計畫目標的高品質且堅固耐用產品之生產組裝程序，能自主驅動完成工作。

2. Familiar to design and develop manufacturing/assembly process that result in high quality, robust products that achieve project goals. Expertise of at least one specific process or another.
設計並研發能達成計畫目標的健全且高品質產品之生產組裝程序，為一個或多個特定製程之專家。

3. Familiar to apply manufacturing best practices and standard procedures in how work is accomplished. Able to revise work procedure for daily work.
熟悉如何依據最佳製造法及標準流程完成工作，能因應執行業務進行必要文件改版編寫。

4. Able to teamwork with communication & technical lead to assure engineering problem solving & task
execution.
透過團隊合作及溝通，能技術領導，確保工程問題解決及日常事務執行。

5. Work as project leader to initiate required project, familiar with A3 report or related as project tool.
作為專案領導者能啟動專案，進行專案工作，並熟悉 A3 報告等專案工具 。

6. Effectively mitigate manufacturing risks through engineering analysis tool such as pFMEA, 8D, DOE and understand QA 7 tools, MSA.
有效的運用工程分析工具減少製造風險，如 pFMEA、8D、DOE (同時需理解 QA 七手法, MSA) 。

7. Provide engineering insight to other team members and factory departments. Review engineer and share experience.
提供工程見解給其他團隊成員和工廠各部門，能審查工程師，並給予經驗回饋。

8. Sharing personal experience in and inheritance of experience.
分享個人經驗並進行經驗傳承

9. Commit assignment that manager delivered.
執行主管交付任務。

專長條件：

1. Junior college in engineering or relative
機械工程科系或相關科系

2. Over 3 years experienced of engineering/development job or phd degree.
三年以上相關工作經驗者佳 ,或大學以上學歷。

3. Proficient of any process in factory. (e.g. become SME. Subject Matter Expert)
精通廠內任何一項製程. (例如 : 成為 SME.)

4. Able to review product/mechanism design detail or GD&T.
具備機械識圖能力，理解幾何尺寸及公差要求，能使用 CAD 進行圖面設計者佳。
