  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 和 Windows 操作系统
  • 拥有解决客户服务查询的工作经验
  • 较强的语言和写作沟通能力
  • 能够适应快节奏的工作氛围
  • 优秀的技术和数据录入技能,包括利用 10 键触控板
  • 具备同时操作多个系统和客户服务平台的能力
教育:
  • 高中文凭或同等学历
