Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical role in ensuring customers/channel and 3M’s success in business growth in given territory or channel over the Phone/Mail/Internet/Visit and meeting an assigned revenue quota.

Successful candidates need to

• Passion and enthusiasm for selling, love working directly with 3M’s customers/channels on a daily basis
• Be excited about contributing to 3M’s top-line revenue goals
• Advanced emotional intelligence and individualization skills
• Competitive spirit, inspired by stretch goals
• Self-awareness and desire for coaching/feedback

Responsibilities

• Meet sales revenue quota and provide feedback
• Be a professional consultant of every core platform by providing strong value proposition and deliver engaging and persuasive demos
• Uncover customer/channel need, identify business fit, prepare and execute strategic calls
• Consistently create, advance and close sales opportunity and focus on account/channel development and opportunity pipeline management
• Have strong analytical mindset and ability to propose/execute own business plan/strategy
  
  

Requirements

• Good spoken Mandarin communication skills and English Skills
• Be highly self-motivated and proactive, quick learner
• Outgoing, confident, patient personality and customer friendly attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or above
