Be part of highly dedicated team, to aim to deliver Tools to service and construction sites in ASP. Will be working with people locally and abroad.

Its a expeditious department, and we need to adjust workload all the time, and prioritize task.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels in SAP
• Analyze stock through running reports in SAP
• Collaboration with shop floor and purchase department
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
• Monitor demand from construction in SAP system.
• Generate Pick, Pack, Ship order in SAP
• Run different reports in SAP for monitoring demand orders in SAP. And convert to excel.
• Monitor missing items report from demand in SAP
• Work with overseas stakeholders
• Working within set budgets
• Planning demand and forecast for tools in SAP
• Monitor and process PR (Purchase Requisitions) in SAP
