The Technology Enablement department is formed by an experienced and dynamic team responsible for developing, integrating, and expanding new and existing solutions in the global IT market. The team focuses on enterprise GPU solutions, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Liquid Cooling, and more.

The Technology Enablement Engineer will focus on enterprise data center products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be deeply interested in researching, architecting, and delivering new solutions and technologies to the team and Supermicro’s customers. This position will be based in the newly finished Taiwan office located in Bade, Taoyuan.

Responsibilities Include

•Understand Supermicro products, architecture, and integration components.

•Research new solutions, technologies, and IT-related topics based on management directions.

•Work closely with internal departments and technology partner companies.

•Participate in new projects to integrate, validate, test, and benchmark data center systems.

•Deliver studies and test findings through presentations and marketing documentation.

•Stay curious about emerging technology and keep aware of technology trends relevant to data centers.

A Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

•Fundamental knowledge of systems and network topologies.

•Interested in critical IT platforms such as cloud, virtualization, containers, and more.

•Organization, attention to detail, self-dependent, and adaptability.

Qualifications

•Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields of study. A Master’s degree is preferred.

•1-5 years of IT experience, including systems, hardware, and networking.

•Familiarity with Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies is preferred.

•Excellent English communication skills is required.
