As a Technical Presales for Process Automation Business Area in Kaohsiung; Taiwan, China, you will be responsible for supporting sales activities within the energy solutions market to align with our strategic objectives. This includes building lasting customer relationships, resolving specific customer needs and issues, as well as identifying and cultivating service sales opportunities.

Tendering Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing a strategic sales and business development approach
  • Achieving annual budget targets: Meet annual target settings, maximize business development agreed with management, and manage various programs. Driving new design wins and aligning with account strategy and objectives
  • Possessing business knowledge in distribution management, customer management, solution selling, negotiation with customers, planning, and execution
  • Studying product knowledge and company working procedures, continuously improving domain knowledge of products, the company, and the industry
  • Preparing and issuing tenders and proposals to customers. Leading negotiation and/or bidding activities at optimum profit levels for the company. Closing orders to achieve assigned goals and targets
  • Being responsible for the sales and tendering process and coordinate with the sales team

Your background

  • Master’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in the energy market
  • IT/OT relative skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with effective communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and promote teamwork
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country
  • Proficiency in English communication and writing
