Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking for an experienced talent sourcer to join the fast-paced talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting the top talents in both technical and non-technical openings for US and Europe regions, and collaborate with HQ HR to achieve successful hiring in-timely. This role will require the candidate to be passionate, creative, and persuasive by representing Supermicro in the talent market, promoting the branding of Supermicro and connect the right talents with the right position.

Location:

The position will be located in Bade District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan and reports to the Recruiting Manager in HQ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with HQ recruiters to grasp the full specifications for each position, have thorough and in-depth understanding of the requirements in each role before engaging with the candidates

• Create various sourcing strategies to generate candidate pipelines

• Perform initial phone screen with the candidates for first level filtering

• Assist in phone and onsite interview scheduling

• Manage multiple and cross-functional requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or with working experience in human resources or talent acquisition

• Ability to review and screen resumes in English with high level of efficiency

• Must be flexible, approachable, and responsive to ensure the requisitions are closed in-timely

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Talent sourcing experience in both technical and non-technical roles

•Minimum 3 years of working experience in English-speaking environment, familiar with US employment laws and regulations

• Ability to have thorough and in-depth conversations with candidate that only speaks English
