Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
2.Sourcing and Screening:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet job requirements.
3.Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
4.Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
5.Job Offer and Negotiation:
- Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
6.Onboarding:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
7.Talent Pipelining:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Develop relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
8.Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics and effectiveness.
9.Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities.
10.Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Other requirements:
•2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
•Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
•Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
