Looking for a General Manager to join Commercial team, to start, build, and scale operations in a fastest-growing market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be in charge of building the team from 1 to 10 and helm one of the fastest-growing business units at Glints. Through your leadership, you will recruit, build, and scale the business unit to achieve positive customer traction and revenue outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

• Identify near-term growth drivers, build a sales engine, and scale revenue
• Be entrusted to hire and scale teams to achieve monthly OKRs
• Build a strong management team by hiring, training, and leading
• Instill high standards and ensure high performance amongst all teams
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for ambitious, mission-driven business leaders or entrepreneurs with experience or track record of building and scaling early-stage businesses in Taiwan and have a passion for the talent industry and/or the potential of using technology to impact businesses and individuals in a positive way.

Specific Requirements Include

• Experience at scaling and managing teams
