  • 與當地地區經銷商共同合作執行推廣活動, 來達成年度設定的業績目標
  • 優化公司內部行銷及技術資源的利用, 同時有效控制執行年度核定的預算, 來達成年度設定的業績目標及與地區經銷商及客戶溝通公司政策
  • 區域銷售規劃 : 按客戶類別和通路分析銷售潛力, 分配相應的資源, 有效地規劃時間和使用公司車輛
  • 維護客戶關係 : 維護和發展與客戶、經銷商、當地的意見領導者的關係. 處理客戶的投訴和解決客戶的問題
  • 支援行銷部門收集競爭對手和市場情報, 以協助行銷計劃制定
Requirements
  • 生命科學或生物科學相關科系, 獸醫系或動物科系專業優先, 具有獸醫師資格為佳
  • 熟悉畜牧行業及該產業業務狀況, 具有現場疾病診斷服務為佳
  • 良好的溝通和談判技巧
  • 具有較強的說服力、銷售及銷售分析能力
  • 具有以客戶為中心的心態, 和優良與客戶建立關係的能力
  • 流利國語口說能力, 如果擁有流利的台語及英語能力更佳
  • 簡單文書處理能力, 例如Office excel, word
