About The Role

The Supervisor will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies.

What This Job Involves

• 廠務系統例行性保養及維修
• 廠務系統改善及異常排除
• 廠商管理
• 總務管理, 辦公室清潔督導管理
• 安環管理
• 節能減廢及Cost-down專案參與
• 整理SOP及ISO文件
• 要有找出現場問題，改善排除，並提出預防對策之能力
• 須具備廠務系統基本常識
• 協助廠務專案執行、監造驗收
  

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• 有三年以上總務、廠務運轉及機電或空調工程經驗
• 有責任心、工作及服務熱誠、能與團隊共同合作、抗壓性強
• 基本電腦操作能力 word / excel
• 有英文讀寫能力者佳
• 使用 Auto Cad者佳
