ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for driving continuous execution of the planning processes, consistent with the company’s overall Marketing strategy in line with the Annual Planning Process, as well as the Supply Chain initiatives, in order to achieve volume and profit objectives through the most effective and efficient utilization of resources.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Drive the Marketing Annual Planning Process, in ensuring consistency of strategy planning and operational execution.
• Design workshops, define participants and objectives, prepare pre-reading materials and facilitate discussion on brand and trade programs (objectives, activities, schedule, resources) for the Marketing Annual Planning Process.
• Facilitate the translation of Marketing strategies into actionable plans, both from demand forecasting and cycle activities perspective.
• Review to ensure that the Sales & Operational Planning processes are managed effectively and in compliance with best practice guidelines.
• Develop consumer, customer and competitor insights through analysis leveraging multiple data sources.
• Identifying specific issues and opportunities, with tactical recommendations as a key component of the S&OP cycle. Aligned with the agreed strategic priorities of the company.
• Continuously improve current tools used to further ensure robustness on demand forecasting and cycle planning.
• Support on all required presentations for internal and external meeting.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• 5 – 8 years proven experience in marketing, preferably FMCG industry
• Effective communication skill with proficiency in English
• Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to seek and tackle problem among areas or functions
• Experience in multi-country and multi-functional project management
• Developing and being a phenomenal partner with external suppliers
