The Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring global social media platforms. This role is crucial in shaping our social content strategy and producing engaging social media assets. You will report to the Social Media Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to enhance brand/product awareness on major social media platforms. We are seeking a creative, communicative, and passionate individual who is a self-starter and team player.

[Responsibilities]

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the marketing plan and business goals across brand social accounts.

- Own and manage the global social media editorial calendar.

- Create compelling and visually appealing social media assets.

- Craft social media posts in English across all social platforms.

- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to monitor and evaluate the social media page and post performance.

- Monitor and analyze social media page and post performance using social analytics tools.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

- Engage with the community to boost brand visibility and increase the brand’s share of voice.

- Support tasks assigned by Global Social Media Manager

[Requirements]

- 3~5 years of proven experience in social media marketing.

- In-depth understanding of social media management and strategy.

- Detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Strong verbal and written skills in English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and social media analytic tools.

- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, and video/photo editing apps
