【Summary】

This new manager will locate in Bade, and responsible for the overall order to cash related process, leading TW 6 OE (3 located in Zhonghe & 3 located in Bade) to accomplish the daily jobs for Asia Pacific region, and control related projects and policy implementation. The candidate also needs to keep tightly contact with Finance dept. in HQ and BV/customers/sales team to control sales order process and company policy compliance.

【Essential Duties and Responsibility】

(Sr.) Manager, Order Processing responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage and supervise OE team to complete the daily order to cash jobs, include but not limited to the sales order review and release process, shipping related issues and related accounting reports;

- Prepare and review order release related policy, SOP and ensure the implementation of the policy;

- Work with related internal department, such as sales, supply chain, warehouse, shipping, AR & Credit team, to solve the credit issue, over-due payment, urgent shipping, etc;

- Work closely cross-regional Order Management & Revenue team to support key accounts deployment and solve the inter-company business/transaction or revenue recognition issues;

- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems

- Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution;

- Liaise with internal and external audit team;

- Other ad-hoc job by supervisor.

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor degree of Finance or International Trade;

2. Over 5 years Order to Cash management experience, A wide and detailed understanding of Order Fulfillment processes and procedures;

3. 2+ years’ proven experience in an order to cash management position

4. Experiences in multinational computer/server related industry is preferred;

5. Experience in both domestic and international land, AIR, SEA shipments;

6. Highly trained in conflict management, problem-solving ability and business negotiation processes

7. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Able to construct effective communications;

8. Project Management experience preferred;

9. Strong focus on detail, accuracy and proactive;

10.Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
