Description:

Responsible for solving all quality complaints, problems and requirements of customers and sales to improve customer relations and develop business. You are also a quality bridge between the customer and the manufacturing plant!

Key Responsibilities:

The role of complaint management in customer experience improvement:

  • Ensure customers’ complaints are dealt with in a highly professional manner and make sure your complaining customers feel valued and listened to.
  • Cooperate with manufacturing plants to provide customers with appropriate responses.
  • Lead the manufacturer to investigate the root cause.
  • Leading and coordinating customer quality complaint resolution solutions for manufacturing plants.
  • Review the CAPA of the manufacturing plant to determine robustness. Cooperate with manufacturing plants to define the CAPA acceptable to customers.
  • Cooperate with the manufacturer to process any follow-up requests and data from customers.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing site and respond appropriately to customer surveys or self-assessments.
  • Audit the 8D of the manufacturing plant. Customize the customer version of the 8D report.​​​
  • Cooperate with individual manufacturing plants to implement QMS improvement requirements proposed by customers. If the implementation is not feasible, provide the customer with an appropriate response.
  • Work with plants and corporate EHS and legal to provide statements or responses to customers on regulatory compliance issues, such as EICC, RoHS, REACH, and EPA.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of manufacturing-related work experience, and at least 5 years of quality experience.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry are musts.
  • A certified QMS auditor will be an advantage.
  • Understand ISO 9001 standards, RoHS regulations, and REACH experience are plus.
  • Willing to go to the customer’s production site as needed.
