· Develop and execute marketing strategies for ViewBoard/ myViewBoard/Commercial Display product solutions to increase sales and business opportunity.
· Collaborate with product and engineering experts to understand the features of product solution (Both HW & SW), define unique selling points and craft a compelling value proposition to effectively communicate our product story.
· Lead the creative development from creative brief to marketing assets development, including sales enablement tools and end customer-facing collaterals, such as sales deck, video, web page, press release, brochures, battle card, infographic, technical whitepaper, live training webinar, roadmap… and other online/offline marketing collaterals.
· Oversee cross-functional teams (e.g. Social, PR, Content, Channel marketing …etc.) to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies through various tactics and deliverables.
· Collaborate closely with local sales and marketing teams to align marketing strategy and develop attractive, timely deliverables that are tailored to key markets.
· Conduct comparative studies of our product line with respect to competition and customer requirements.
· Manage partnership to execute brand co-marketing, channel engagement, product co-development or bundled selling opportunities.
Experience:
· Product Management and Product Marketing Experience: The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of professional experience in product management and product marketing, preferably in a product-driven organization where they worked at the intersection of product and software.
· Knowledge of Commercial Display/Pro AV/SAAS Products in Education/Corporate Market: The candidate should have an understanding of commercial display, professional audio-visual solutions, and software-as-a-service (SAAS) products in the Education/Corporate market.
· Education: The candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. However, any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Other knowledge, skills or abilities:
· Presentation and Communications Skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of a complex organization. They should possess strong facilitation skills and be able to influence others to achieve project goals.
· Strong Interpersonal Skills: The candidate should have the ability to navigate difficult conversations and mediate different viewpoints to achieve project success. They should be confident in speaking up and raising issues that may impact the project.
· Highly Analytical: The candidate should be able to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making. They should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to tackle complex issues by developing creative solutions.
· Self-Starter: The candidate should be comfortable taking the lead on projects with limited supervision. They should be able to navigate ambiguity and drive progress towards project goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills in English. They should be able to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
