‒ Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies and tactics for BMS haematology products (including new products/indications) portfolio to meet organisational objectives.
‒ Co-operate with Medical Affairs to define the overall strategies and tactics for BMS haematology products.
‒ Foster a leadership culture, which attracts, develops and retains high calibre candidates, helping to build and shape a marketing talent pool that will drive the future success of the organisation.
‒ Responsible for the national patient and sales forecast/budget target of BMS haematology product portfolio; reports any deviation without any delay to the BUL and implements corrective and agreed actions if appropriate.
‒ Manage the Haematology Business DPE Budget. Delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget. Direction of marketing affairs staff where budgets decisions are involved.
‒
‒ Initiate and evaluate customer research (market research), market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
‒ Ensure that all BU marketing activities are in accordance with Standard Operating procedures and Code of Practice
‒ Establish relationships with identified Key Opinion Leader’s (KOL), Brand Advocates, cooperative groups and key external audiences such as payers and patient advocacy groups.
‒ Establish a professional and inspiring relationship with the overall organisation and business units ensuring a positive contribution to the objectives of the organisation. This includes co-ordination with the IM/IO BU, seeking synergies and optimally servicing joint and overlapping customer audience.
‒ Accountability for annual marketing expenses, conducting optimize resource allocation of tactical programs
‒ Accountable for budget and forecast management across the hematology marketing function
‒ Manage and lead the product manager team and second line management for any product managers / associate product managers
