• Conduct Overseas Factory Audits: Perform thorough and comprehensive audits at overseas manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead Group Consolidation Audits: Take charge of audits related to group consolidations, including financial statements, internal controls, and risk assessments
• Audit Planning and Execution: Develop audit plans, identify key risks, and execute audit procedures effectively and efficiently
• Team Supervision: Manage and mentor audit teams, providing guidance, support, and ensuring high-quality audit reports
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Analyze potential risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall audit process
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure audit processes align with the latest standards
• Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate audit results and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improvements
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance the audit methodology, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to company-wide initiatives

Key Requirements

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
